Country 2: Goulash from Hungary

Country number 2 is here! Hungarian Beef Goulash with carrots, potatoes and grilled bread. I was given some tips on this from a coworker and by far the biggest difference maker was buying legitimate Hungarian sweet paprika. It was so much more flavourful than just your basic grocery store paprika. Looking forward to making more recipes with it in the future, and maybe trying Hungarian hot paprika. Below is an updated map (I've changed the map colours up slightly from the first week, I like these better):
